So, What Exactly Is Our Production Order Service?

A production order is simply having your sterling silver jewellery made to order, directly through our factory in Thailand. Instead of buying what we currently have in stock, you tell us what you need (designs, the quantities, the finishes) and we make it bespoke for you.

It’s a great fit whether you’re a retailer who needs to top up a best-selling line before it runs out, a brand looking to launch a new collection, or a business that wants something completely unique to them. You’re not limited to what’s sitting in our current inventory – you have access to our entire catalogue of over 10,000 designs, plus the ability to customise or create from scratch.

Below you’ll find two ways to work with us: ODM (you choose from our existing designs, we make them) and OEM (you bring your own design, we create them bespoke). Most of our clients use a combination of both.

Here’s how we can partner with you:

ODM - Original Design Manufacturing

ODM is the simplest way to place a production order with us. We have a vast catalogue of sterling silver & 14k gold plated jewellery, all of it designed and developed in-house. You can browse, choose, and then we manufacture to order in the quantity you need.

The advantage here is speed and flexibility. Because the designs already exist and the molds are ready, there’s no design fee. You can also customise many aspects of the piece – plating (gold, rose gold), stone colour and type, size, and finish.

This option is popular with retailers who have identified pieces from our website that sell well, want to stock up in bulk at a better price, or need to stock up before a seasonal peak. It’s also ideal if you don’t have a designer on your team but still want to offer a distinctive range.

The Process:

  1. Browse & Select
    Browse our full catalogue (including out-of-stock items) by activating “Show Out of Stock Products” on your account page. Note the product IDs and any customisation preferences (plating, stone colour, size).
  2. Send Us Your List
    Email us your product IDs, quantities, and any customisation requirements. We’ll have a quote back to you ASAP.
  3. Confirm & Pay Your Deposit
    Once you’re happy with the quote, a 35% deposit secures your production slot, and we start manufacturing immediately.
  4. Production & Delivery
    Average production time is 8 weeks. Your order is then delivered for free to any UK address.

How To Place A Production Order?

Email us the product IDs & quantities (for ODM), or your design brief (for OEM).
One of our representatives will get back to you with a sales quote within 48 hours of receiving your request.
A 35% deposit paid by bank transfer secures your production slot. We start work on your order as soon as the deposit clears.
